They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team. Key Job Responsibilities + Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. + Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email + Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system + Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments + Prepare repair order with proper documentation + Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE + Manage car rental information + Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
