We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression, managing daily front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly front desk experience
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage online appointment requests
Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits accurately
Check in/out patients and process payments
Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, policies, estimates, and wait times
Handle prescription requests and coordinate with veterinary staff as needed
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and inventory support
Help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and reception area
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service; veterinary or medical office experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette and a calm, empathetic demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (preferred)
Comfortable around animals of all types and sizes
Work Schedule:Full-time
Must be available for some evening and Saturday shifts

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
