Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will manage a large volume of inbound calls and assist customers with their needs, including product identification. The role involves entering and maintaining sales orders with precision and accuracy, quoting products to customers over the phone and in person, and making outgoing calls to communicate promotions and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of inbound calls to assist customers with their needs.Enter and maintain sales orders with a focus on detail and accuracy.Provide accurate product quotes to customers both over the phone and in person.Make outgoing calls to communicate promotions and improve customer relationships.Interact with walk-in customers to determine needs and process orders.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to understand incoming material schedules and establish delivery dates.Communicate with customers regarding the status of orders and any shipment delays.Support outside sales staff and other office personnel as needed.Assist with other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
2+ years of non-retail customer service experience.Strong experience with email and phone communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to schedule appointments effectively.Experience with lead generation and outbound call centers.Data entry and account management skills.Project management capabilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service.Tech-savvy, with Siteline Construction billing software experience as a huge plus.Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and sorting.Strong phone presence and experience with handling high call volumes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Positive attitude and team player mentality.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be part of a small team of three, offering opportunities for management roles in a fast-growing company.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
