Customer Service Representative

Description

The Customer Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering world‑class service and supporting order fulfillment, pricing, and account management activities. This role partners closely with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain—to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently while maintaining data integrity within ERP systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
