We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will manage retail accounts from order entry to delivery, communicate shipping requirements with the warehouse, and ensure timely deliveries. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries regarding products, warranties, and delivery times. You will resolve inventory, pricing, and quantity issues and keep Sales Representatives informed about out-of-stock items.
Responsibilities
+ Manage assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery.
+ Communicate with the warehouse to meet customer shipping requirements and ensure expected ship and arrival dates.
+ Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to answer questions about products, warranties, and delivery times.
+ Resolve inventory, pricing, and quantity issues on orders.
+ Review out-of-stock items and communicate them to Sales Representatives and customers.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
+ 3+ years of customer service experience.
+ Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and enter data while taking calls.

Work Environment
Initially, the role is fully in-office with training scheduled Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Regular hours vary by team: the Oxo Team works 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and the Hydroflask Team works 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. After six months of consistently meeting performance metrics, employees can transition to a hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday. The environment is fast-paced, requiring multitasking and handling a high volume of interactions. Dress code is business casual, and each employee is provided with their own cubicle, computer, and phone.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
