Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an excellent Customer Service Representative for the world's largest industrial auctioneering company and trusted global marketplace for insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. The Customer Service Representative plays such a meaningful role in the operation of the branch and service center.
The Customer Service Representative will be providing outstanding customer experience both in person and through various communication channels to help the organization focus on business and branch growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Process payments and perform other tasks related to sale‑day activities
- Organize all keys and ensure filing and archiving of documents according to the internal coding system, then by lot number once on site
- Upload documents to the website for each sale
- Communicate proactively with various departments, internal teams, and equipment‑consigning customers, especially when documents are required (e.g., lien release letters (LOLC), purge documents, etc.)
- Process payments from successful bidders
- Provide customers with information on auxiliary services
- Ensure superior customer service at all times
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned

Skills and Requirements
- Previous work experience involving direct, in‑person customer interaction
- Experience with computers and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
- Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high‑pressure situations
- Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute wherever needed
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week, in office
