The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact between customers and internal manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelinesEnter, review, and manage customer orders accurately within ERP or order management systemsCoordinate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on‑time order fulfillmentMonitor order status, backorders, shipping schedules, and resolve delivery or quantity discrepanciesCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order changes, delays, or supply issuesMaintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and documentationProcess returns, credits, and order adjustments in accordance with company policiesSupport sales and account management teams with customer data and order updatesEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer service policiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environmentsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced settingJob Type & Location

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $52000.00/yr.
