What You’ll Do + Handle inbound customer service calls, answer questions, process inquiries, and provide follow‑up when needed + Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems while maintaining strict attention to detail + Support members with prior authorization questions, general inquiries, and sensitive healthcare information Qualifications + 1+ year of recent high‑volume call center experience (within last 2–3 years) + Strong job tenure (no jumpy resumes) + Minimum 30 WPM typing + Solid computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems + Ability to meet quality and accuracy metrics + Must complete required assessments (Typing Test & Call Center Skills Test) #prioritywest Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
