Customer Service Representative

This is NOT a high‑call‑volume role.
This position is high email, high case‑management, and heavily focused on research‑based customer resolution.
Overview
Our Customer Support team partners closely with Account Managers to support drivers and manage all service needs across our fleet. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem‑solving, digging into details, and delivering an excellent customer experience through thoughtful communication and efficient case resolution.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide support to Account Managers and assist with fleet‑related customer needs.
+ Manage a high volume of customer emails and resolve cases within Salesforce.
+ Support drivers with service‑related questions (e.g., impound issues, service scheduling, account inquiries) while educating them on proper next steps.
+ Conduct detailed research to identify solutions and think creatively to resolve unique customer problems.
+ Communicate frequently with internal departments to gather information and coordinate solutions.
+ Use Microsoft Teams and Outlook daily to collaborate with internal and external partners.
+ Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers as needed.
+ Multitask effectively by speaking with customers while entering accurate data into the system.
+ Utilize various systems to:
+ Create vehicle selectors
+ Process billing changes
+ Generate reports
+ Distribute insurance cards
+ Update driver data
+ Contact drivers by phone or email to obtain missing information or clarify case details.

+ CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
+ Strong problem‑solving and research skills
+ Ability to multitask across multiple screens and databases
Required Qualifications
+ 2+ years of office‑based customer service experience
+ Excellent written communication skills, including proper grammar and professional tone
+ Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
+ Basic Excel skills (with willingness to learn more)
+ Ability to type 40+ WPM (typing test required)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
+ Prior experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or a similar support environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
