Customer Service Representative – Job DescriptionResponsibilities
+ Work in a call center environment, spending a significant portion of your day on the phones speaking directly with customers and providing friendly, helpful support.
+ Keep an eye on team dashboards and workflow queues to help move tasks and orders along smoothly.
+ Spot and clear internal roadblocks so orders can move forward without delay, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
+ Use good judgment and a solutions‑focused mindset to resolve issues and reduce delays whenever they come up.
+ Organize your daily tasks so client requests are handled promptly and followed through to completion using the tools provided.
+ Respond to emails in a friendly, timely manner—our goal is to reply within 4 hours.
+ Provide outstanding customer service by building strong, professional relationships with field offices, coworkers, and vendors, and by following established processes from start to finish.
Essential Skills
+ 1–4+ years of client support or high‑level administrative experience.
+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent follow‑up habits.
+ A natural customer service mindset with a helpful, positive attitude.
+ Ability to learn and navigate company systems, tools, and new updates with ease.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
