Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Handling incoming phone calls and emails from patients and respective stakeholdersResponding to inquiries both verbally and in writingHandling complaints, preparing responses, and sending them out after approvalProcess orders in SAP, perform monitoring and resolve queries related to open ordersPrepare and analyze reports, propose improvements and participate in problem-solving initiativesSupport cross department projects, e-business solutionsCooperate with local logistic service provider, manage inventory reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Great communication skills (verbal and written) in English and HungarianAbility to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situationsComputer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM systemAbility to effectively multi-task (navigate between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions)Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvementAbility to work under time constraints

Ideally, the candidate has at least one year of relevant experience in customer service, a contact center, or an office environment, with experience using SAP and preferably some background in the medical sector or handling prescriptions.
