Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a contract-to-permanent position within the printing and publishing industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries regarding home delivery, digital products, website support, and subscriptions with professionalism and efficiency. • Route customers to the appropriate departments or teams when necessary, ensuring seamless communication. • Conduct outbound calls to provide updates on account statuses or subscription auto-renew details. • Collaborate with internal teams, including support and marketing, to promote customer and product satisfaction. • Strive to achieve individual and team goals for call handling and customer retention. • Adhere to established communication protocols, policies, and procedures during every customer interaction. • Maintain a customer-first approach in all tasks and responsibilities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Previous experience in customer service within a call center environment is required. • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar help ticketing systems required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. • Proficiency in Office applications is required. • Ability to interact effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, both internally and externally. • Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities. • A friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality is highly desirable.
