Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a contract position within the manufacturing industry, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems. • Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence via email. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer information effectively. • Provide timely and efficient support in a high-volume call center setting. • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex customer concerns. • Manage both inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Strong skills in data entry and order processing. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
