We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. This role requires engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to foster positive business relationships. The position supports the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated via telephone, emails, and fax.
ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.Engage with customers and respond promptly, accurately, and courteously.Support the Sales Department by answering questions from various communication channels.Research and provide responses in collaboration with sales.Keep records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.Determine charges for services and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments or billing arrangements.Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Maintain customer pricing and enter contracts in the ERP system as required.Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records through proper billing and replenishment processes.Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.Essential SkillsCustomer service expertiseProficiency in ERP systemsData entry skillsExperience with inbound callsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeOrder entry experienceWork EnvironmentThis position is 100% remote, allowing flexibility and the comfort of working from home. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
