Description
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. This role is ideal for an attentive professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers, and working collaboratively across departments. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity offering growth potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to transactions, products, and services.
+ Resolve customer disputes and complaints with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing.
+ Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate service.
+ Serve as a liaison for basic technical support, providing general guidance and escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Review, verify, and clarify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage daily responsibilities.
+ Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving customer issues as they arise.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
+ Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
