Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belton, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and detail-oriented support to clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while developing your skills in customer service. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. • Manage and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient service delivery. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall efficiency. • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations. • Monitor and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvements. • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and tools. • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally between 3 to 10 years. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.
