**About the Role**
As a **Customer Service Representative** , you’ll be the trusted point of contact for hospitals, healthcare administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about investigation, collaboration, and driving process improvements that enhance patient care.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
+ Serving as a key liaison between hospitals, internal sales reps, marketing, and other stakeholders
+ Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
+ Investigating complex cases and identifying opportunities for process improvement
+ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal systems

**Requirements:**
+ Full Australian working rights
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Experience in customer service or stakeholder management preferred
