Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for an adaptable and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this hybrid role, you will work both remotely and on-site, helping customers navigate inquiries and providing effective solutions. Responsibilities: • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally. • Provide updates on policies, products, and services to customers and agents. • Process and manage insurance-related paperwork, including adjustments, beneficiary changes, and issuing certificates. • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all customer interactions. • Deliver excellent customer service with a patient and approachable demeanor. • Adapt to call center workflows, maintaining efficiency and a positive attitude. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes. • Participate in training sessions to quickly become proficient in company procedures. • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality customer experiences. • Support agents and customers by answering questions and resolving issues effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Dependable and committed to maintaining high standards of service. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center atmosphere. • Basic proficiency with data entry and documentation systems. • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. • Open to recent graduates or individuals seeking long-term career growth.
