Job Description:

What You will Be Doing

Job Objective
To manage after sales service for defined customers and resolution of quality issues, according to agreed service levels and defined business processes.

All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits.Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally.Manage both customer and supplier’s returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally.Manage Scrapping requestDevelop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate to meetings with customer/suppliers.Manage Quality block for defective inventoryManage and assist transportation claim with warehouse and sales teamSupport EPR system development testCooperative with operation process enhancementWork with Global ASQ team to meet internal Service Level agreement to satisfy service requirements from customers.

What We Are Looking For

Any graduation with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electronicsHas a strong analytical mindset, natural curiosity and is not afraid of data and complicated systems, with ability to separate trivial from the critical.Great problem solver to ensure issues are addressed short term as well as long term to improve service levels.Is capable and ready to initiate and drive change and improvements in systems, processes and the organizations.Has experience working in ERP systems (Oracle would be an advantage) and preferably has experience of demand/forecast/material planning in a commodity/fast paced environment.Knows how to achieve results through influencing others and understanding the challenges of cross functional working.Is highly organized and methodical and can cope with both predictable routines and ad-hoc activities.Preferably experience in monitoring the customer or supplier quality claimsEnglish mandatory both verbal and written.MS excel proficiency
