Job Title: Aviation Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Deliver world-class customer service to customers and vendors. Responsible for data entry, maintaining logs and records, client invoicing, parts ordering, and interfacing with customers, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.Perform accurate data entry and maintain logs and records.Handle client invoicing and ensure timely processing.Order parts efficiently and manage inventory records.Interface with customers, vendors, and guests to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3+ years experience in aviation administration or customer service.Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of log entries for parts and maintenance.Familiarity with maintaining aircraft/FAA records.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an aviation concierge.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interfacing.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to ensure punctuality and reliability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
