10 years in customer services, L/C collection, shipping and logistic fields.
Familiar with International Trade regulations
Able to prepare shipping documentation to bank for LC collection.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, ability to work independently & under presure.
Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Computer proficient, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
With knowledge in Oracle Order management modules.
Aggressive to learn new skills.
Self-motivated, patience when dealing with issue and willing to work under pressure.
Manage heavy workload efficiently and set priorities as need to get the job done
Able to work as part of a team with the goal of achieving team success.
Communication internal: pricing, planning, logistics, production schedule, quality issue. Communication external: customer’s enquiry, freight forwarder’s issue, bank’s operation. Handle daily customer communications, customer’s inquiry, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Accurately process customers’ orders in Oracle EBS and perform order fulfilment: Order review, order entry, scheduling, logistics, documentation, trade compliance Accurately process customer transactions in Wintrade such as quotes, customer purchase orders, delivery, returns, etc. HFS Wintrade system: create/maintain customer data base, prepare invoice, packing list and related documents. Check with the forwarders and arrange the shipment from vendors periodically and prepare the customs declaration documents. Prepare shipping documents to bank for LC collection. Liaise with various departments to fulfill sales target and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Comply with the Company policies and procedure and provide supports to fulfill the requirements under ASAT, IMEX, External and Internal Audits etc.,Other tasks assigned by supervisor
