Our client, a reputable insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized and professional insurance solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Waupaca, WI
**Pay: $19.00**
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer incoming calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate team members.
+ Create and format reports, letters, and policy documents using Microsoft Office.
+ Accurately process client payments and maintain proper documentation.
+ Assist with research tasks related to insurance policies, regulations, and market trends.
+ Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
+ Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Career oriented and interested in advancement.
