Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This is a Long-term Contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others. The role involves providing exceptional support to our membership department while utilizing your strong communication and technical skills. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. • Support the membership department by performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. • Input and manage data efficiently using internal databases and Microsoft Office Suite. • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and providing clear information to clients. • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively. • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes as needed. • Ensure independent task completion with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems. • Technologically savvy with an aptitude for learning new tools and systems. • Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
