Temp-to-Hire position$22.75 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse, and office, ensuring accurate invoicing and account management.Maintain and organize paperwork, reports, and schedules for shipments, loads, and inventory tracking.Address order issues, including refused, over, short, or damaged products (OS&D), and escalate as needed.Provide general clerical support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and operating office equipment.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative.Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, including handling challenging situations.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, follow instructions, and respond professionally to feedback.Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 20 poundsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
