Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking experienced **Customer Service Representative** to join our dynamic team supporting the FluMist Replacement Program. This program allows providers to replace unused and expiring doses at no cost — ensuring safe and effective care for patients nationwide.
This role offers cross-training opportunities, close team collaboration, and quarterly in-person engagement — perfect for candidates who value a hybrid work environment with meaningful team connection.
**Location:** Hybrid – Quarterly onsite in Lavergne, TN
**Pay Rate** : $19.00-$21.00/hr. (based on experience & qualifications)
**Schedule:** 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday
**Key Responsibilities**
• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries related to orders, shipping delays, cancellations, and product issues.
• Create, update, and manage cases within Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and SAP.
• Provide timely and professional resolution to customer concerns, including returns, order errors, and mis-shipped orders.
• Maintain accurate customer account histories and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Assist with online order requests and troubleshooting online ordering issues.
**What You’ll Bring**
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, including inbound call handling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Cisco, or Workforce Management Tools is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
