Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, accurate order processing, and effective coordination across departments.

🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer satisfaction and promptly address inquiries, concerns, and service issues via phone, email, fax, and online portalsReceive and review incoming orders for accuracy; enter orders submitted through fax, email, voicemail, or online systemsProcess and verify outgoing orders to ensure precision and completenessPerform general office support tasks including data entry, document scanning, filing, and uploadingServe as receptionist when needed, greeting visitors and handling incoming callsManage office supply inventory and place orders as necessaryAssist with scheduling meetings and managing calendarsConduct outbound \"cold\" and \"warm\" calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and servicesAct as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as manufacturing, planning, and quality assuranceMaintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are metFoster strong relationships between customers and company leadership💼 Required SkillsOrder processing and data entryProfessional email communicationSupplier and customer relationship managementProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with purchase orders and ERP/CRM systemsAerospace industry knowledge (preferred)✅ QualificationsMinimum 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate environmentStrong phone presence and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with order entry systems is a plusAbility to interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a bonusTech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
