What's the Job?
Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance claims and maintain friendly, helpful interactions with borrowers. Process insurance claims efficiently, including explaining procedures, obtaining necessary paperwork, and scheduling inspections. Track and document the progress of claims, ensuring timely finalization and closure in accordance with agency guidelines. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellent customer service. Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.What's Needed?
At least 6 months experience in residential real estate lending, residential loan processing, loan closing, and/or loan servicing. Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and perform responsibilities efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations. Flexibility, reliability, and respectfulness to foster strong team dynamics. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.What's in it for me?
