Sweet Home Sanitation, a trusted Waste Connections company, is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented CSR to join our Sweet Home, OR call center team. If you enjoy solving problems, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and providing top-notch customer support, this is the role for you!

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering high volumes of incoming calls from new and existing customersAssisting with service start, changes, cancellations, and billing inquiriesUsing company systems to input and manage customer account dataResolving service issues with professionalism and accuracyCoordinating with other departments to resolve issues quicklyOther duties as assigned.Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude—even during peak call times

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systemsAbility to type quickly and accurately (10-key experience required)High school diploma or equivalent preferred
