**Schedule**
Upon hire you will work full-time Monday- Friday, available schedules 7:30am-4pm OR 11am-7:30pm
**Pay Rate**
The wage for this position is between $17 and $19. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
+ Deliver an effortless and positive experience for callers by resolving inquiries efficiently.
+ Provide accurate information regarding services, refills, and shipment scheduling.
+ Process medication refills and coordinate shipment schedules for patients and providers.
+ Identify and resolve caller needs, ensuring appropriate follow-up and next steps.
+ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
+ Assist with order picking, packing, and prescription fulfillment based on operational demands.
+ Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Current and active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in state of Tennessee
+ Minimum 1 year experience working in Pharmacy setting
+ Minimum 1 year experience working in a call center environment
+ Previous Customer Service experience

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
