Please note: This is a fixed-term position to provide maternity cover.This role is designed to contribute to an excellent fill rate on time level and high customer satisfaction, by executing the Order To Cash process, ensuring pro-active resolutions of deliveries issues.

What will be your key responsibilitiesResponsible for the order to cash process. Receive and handle orders from customers via EDI, phone or e-mail.Responsible for running a manual quota process when needed du to product shortage or special activitiesMake sure that a valid price agreement exists and make sure that the customer is invoiced a correct price.Follow the different customer logistic guidelines and freshness before the delivery takes placeJoin weekly CMOSWork closely with our logistic partner to ensure that the handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.Responsible for coordinating the delivery of material on time to the salesforce.Responsible for updating internal stakeholders regarding our delivery situation.Drive efficiency in the supply chain through tight collaboration with our customersManage proactive communication with customers‘ replenishment department on potential  service issues (orders/deliveries, 3PL delays) as well as on master data changes (new launches, promotional activities, new EAN codes)Manage claims and customer returns together with ARThe role might require occasional travelling (mostly to customers to build supply efficiencies)

What are we looking for?

High Diploma SchoolLanguage skills: Solid English level (written and oral) plus fluent spoken and written in Danish or SwedishGood communication skillsCustomer OrientedPrevious experience: experience in similar role is preferableSystems knowledge: experience using SAP / Atlas is preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
