Customer Service Representative
Description A well-established company in the tourism industry is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Primary Responsibilities: + Provide exceptional customer service to tourists, clients, and partners, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences. + Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. + Assist visitors with reservations, bookings, and itineraries, providing accurate information related to services or travel options. + Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively and in a timely manner. + Collaborate with other team members to coordinate daily operations and maintain service standards. + Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, tours, services, and events to offer informed recommendations. + Prepare and distribute reports, documentation, or promotional materials as needed. Requirements Desired Qualifications and Skills: + Experience: Prior customer service experience, ideally within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry. + Education: High school diploma or GED; additional tourism-related certifications or coursework are a plus. + Skills: + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to remain composed under pressure and resolve customer challenges effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly. + Knowledge of local attractions and destination highlights is highly preferred. + Competencies: + Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Ability to work independently while contributing to a team atmosphere.
