Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our customer service team.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Answer customer calls, enter and/or review customer orders to ensure they are in prior to the established order cutoff time.Coordinate with support staff to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.Review the out-of-stock report, and substitute as designated by the account executive or procurement.Review orders for the correct shipping date, critical items and potential order errors made by the customer.Maintain and update customer contact list in case there is a product recall event.Data entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.Review previous night’s shipments.Other related duties as assigned.
