This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.

This challenging opportunity consists of

Building on and establishing customer relationshipsOrder entry, ensuring accurate and complete information is received.Scheduling pickup and delivery appointmentsWorking closely with the operations team to ensure Customers On-time delivery expectations are met or exceededLiaison between shippers, receivers, and operations to ensure delays and issues are communicated timely and efficientlyAccessorial charge managementOther duties as assigned

Candidates should have

Strong customer service focusAt least 2 years Customer Service experience in the Transportation IndustryStrong communication skillsHours of Service and geographical knowledgeTransportation weights and measuresExperience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
