Sanipac, is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented CSR to join our Eugene, OR call center team. If you enjoy solving problems, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and providing top-notch customer support, this is the role for you!

Location: Eugene, OR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00/hour. +$0.50/hour for bilingual applicants

Responsibilities.

Answering high volumes of incoming calls from new and existing customersAssisting with service start, changes, cancellations, and billing inquiriesResponds to voicemail & email inquiries from customers.Using company systems to input and manage customer account dataResolving service issues with professionalism and accuracyCoordinating with other departments to resolve issues quicklyMaintaining a positive, can-do attitude—even during peak call timesVarious office tasks in other areas as needed.You should be able to start tasks on your own, work well by yourself and with others.

Working Environment:

Comfortable and well-lit office in a professional call centerIndividual workstations with computer, headset, and phoneFast-paced, team-driven atmosphere with minimal downtimeLong periods of sitting, typing, and phone interaction required

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systemsAbility to type quickly and accurately (10-key experience required)High-volume customer service a plus!
