Position Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely handling of customer orders, service requests, deliveries, and enquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams across seven divisions, helping maintain strong relationships through responsive and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently process orders, service requests, deliveries, and customer enquiries.Respond to customer, field, and sales associate requests with professionalism and care.Document all enquiries accurately and thoroughly.Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, customer accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools, and dispensing systems.Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).Experience using customer service software.Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.Experience with multi-line telephone systems.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Reliable team player with strong time management skills.Experience using SAP preferrable.What We Offer
