Do you thrive on assisting customers by answering inbound calls and helping with account inquiries, payment options, and account information? This role is ideal for someone with call center or collections experience who values customer service and accuracy. Join a small, collaborative team focused on helping customers with their toll tag and account needs while also providing backup support with license plate data entry. Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls collecting payment information and updating customer toll road accountsResolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely mannerUtilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of one (1-2) years of call center or collections experienceTyping or data entry skills (35+ WPM or 6500 KPH)Ability to sit for extended periods of timeStrong customer service skills and professional attitudeMust be punctual and dependableDispute resolution skills a plusCollections experience highly preferred

The base pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
