**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Ensuring the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system
+ Ensure efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve Customers problems.
+ Providing awareness of customer complaints or any issues in the shortest lead-time. Escalates errors or mistakes as soon as identified, put the situation right and proposes correctives actions.
+ Keeping the candidates informed at all times about all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
+ Providing constant status updates to customers, informing customers about potential delays or issues related to the order
+ Following up on orders to make sure they are produced, shipped and delivered efficiently

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University degree
+ Experience in the order management process or in a similar role, administrative or customer service.
+ Proficient in English (verbal and written)
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
+ PC Skills: MS Office
