**Position Purpose:**
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our customer service team.
**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:**
+ Answer customer calls, enter and/or review customer orders to ensure they are in prior to the established order cutoff time.
+ Coordinate with support staff to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
+ Review the out-of-stock report, and substitute as designated by the account executive or procurement.
+ Review orders for the correct shipping date, critical items and potential order errors made by the customer.
+ Maintain and update customer contact list in case there is a product recall event.
+ Data entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
+ Review previous night’s shipments.
+ Other related duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications:**
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
1+ years of customer service experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience.
