About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, Iowa. Key Responsibilities + Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally + Provide accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries + Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed + Review and verify documentation for accuracy + Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations + Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and update patient information + Communicate trends and issues to management + Contact patients regarding documentation and offer solutions to facilitate service Qualifications Must Have: + 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.) + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred: + Experience in healthcare or medical terminology + Call center or inbound call experience + Experience in nursing homes or CNA roles Work Environment + 100% onsite in Newton, IA + Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Occasional shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and rotating weekends (12-hour shifts) + Training: 2 weeks (Week 1: orientation and systems training; Week 2: mentored call handling) Why Join Us? + Opportunity to be hired full-time based on performance + Career advancement – many leaders started in this role + Supportive team environment with hands-on training Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
