Our client, a top-ranked medical device company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in their Hoffman Estates, IL location. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in customer service or call center experience within an office setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of communicating with other departments including sales teams and colleagues. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent. This role is an onsite role. The hours would be an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday between 7am-7pm. Flexible availability is ideal.

Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or call center experience, bachelor's degree preferredStrong customer service skills including time management and prioritizing daily work.Computer savvy with experience in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
