Our client, a top-ranked medical device company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in their Hoffman Estates, IL location. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in customer service or call center experience within an office setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of communicating with other departments including sales teams and colleagues. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent. This role is an onsite role. The hours would be an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday between 7am-7pm. Flexible availability is ideal.


Responsibilities

Act as liaison between internal departments on updates for customer questionsWork with team to answer customer questions regarding complex product line.Work with team and assist with quoting tasksHandle distributor requests and inquiresData entry into system (SAP) accurately and quicklyManaging calls and emails professionally and promptlyInternal and external customer service, would be involved with customers directly

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or call center experience, bachelor's degree preferredStrong customer service skills including time management and prioritizing daily work.Computer savvy with experience in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word. SAP experience out be a plus.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environmentAbility to maintain positive, professional demeanor always.Attention to detail, ability to proofreadThe ideal candidate would be a self-starter, reliable, and would require minimal direct supervision once trained. 1427679_1755721140 To Apply for this Job Click Here
