Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and with attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity to build meaningful connections with customers and contribute to a high-performing service team. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and attention to detail. • Process customer orders and perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Follow established guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent service. • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team. • Document customer interactions and update records in the system as required. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in handling order entry tasks with attention to accuracy. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Familiarity with customer service protocols and best practices. • High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
