We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team of dedicated veterinary professionals at our fast-paced multi-doctor practice located in Long Beach. Our practice provides high-quality care to our patients with a positive, team-oriented work environment. Each of our CSRs must possess good critical-thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills as well as compassion, a positive attitude, dedication and excellent communication skills. Multi- tasking, taking direction and accepting constructive criticism is essential. Punctuality and reliability is expected. Requirements + High school diploma required + 1-2 years of customer service experience Salary + $17.00 -$21.00.Salary range is depending on experience and skill level Why We Need You As the face of VCA the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
