Customer Service Representative

If so, we are partnering with a nonprofit organization that is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their mission-driven team! Job Responsibilities: + Serve as a first point of contact for clients, donors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in both English and Spanish. + Provide compassionate and professional assistance to clients seeking services or information about the organization’s programs. + Track, log, and resolve client concerns in the organization's database while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. + Support outreach efforts by assisting in the creation of bilingual materials, hosting informational sessions in the community, and representing the organization in various events. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflows and excellent service delivery. + Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, coordinating volunteer activities, and assisting in project-related tasks. Requirements + Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. + Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the nonprofit sector (1-2 years preferred). + Strong ability to empathize and provide solutions while dealing with diverse individuals in challenging situations. + Proficiency with CRM systems or client management tools (familiarity with Salesforce is a plus). + Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in social services, community outreach, or public relations are a plus.
