Largo, FL (Retail Solutions) - ManagementHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to deliver outstanding customer service through fast and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination with other departments. The candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Transfer calls to appropriate staff/departments
Data entry of customers’ orders
Retrieve data from customers portals and enter orders in our system
Ensure mandatory queue coverage
Provide customers with product and service information
Provide product troubleshooting over the phone
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Frequently attend product / material training to improve knowledge and performance level
Assist in training and developing new employees
Assist with other projects outside of customer service
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Review and resolve assigned inquiries/issues
Resolve incorrect locations issues / Resolve defective cylinder issues / Rush deliveries requests

High School Diploma or equivalent
Mandatory drug screen and background check
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong phone and verbal communication skill along with active listening
Experience in SAP and Salesforce
