Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract, possilbe contract to hire, basis in Puyallup, Washington. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, process payments, and provide outstanding service to meet their needs. This position requires adaptability as it involves working within a dynamic environment and handling occasional system updates. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account details through phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Greet walk-in customers, assist with payments, and address questions with attention to detail. • Process incoming mail, including sorting, opening, and handling payment invoices accurately. • Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment transactions. • Assist with system updates and adapt to changes in workflows as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. • Support customers by addressing their needs withgrace, patience and reliability. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly intermediate-level Excel skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers. • Ability to handle changes and transitions in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional reliability and commitment to providing high-quality service. • Detail-oriented approach to processing payments and maintaining records.
