Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills. • Basic math skills to handle payment processing tasks. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a diverse team. • Experience in insurance or related industries is preferred. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
