Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
+ Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
+ Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
+ Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting issues.
+ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
+ Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to increase satisfaction.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate empathy to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
+ High school diploma required; some college or specialized training preferred.
+ Experience in a customer service role (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
+ A genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
