In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the administrative and service teams. Responsibilities: • Provide a welcoming experience by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. • Coordinate seamlessly with administrative staff and service departments to ensure smooth operations. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail, addressing customer needs and resolving issues. • Schedule appointments accurately and manage calendars effectively. • Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records. • Respond to email correspondence promptly, ensuring clear communication. • Process orders and manage order entry systems efficiently. • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. • Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center environment, maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. • Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Familiarity with call center operations and customer service best practices. • Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Experience with email correspondence and scheduling appointments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Ability to manage order entry systems effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
