Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in West Allis, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support store operations by helping organize merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory. This position does not involve operating the cash register, working weekends, or assisting with fittings. Responsibilities: • Assist in organizing and arranging store merchandise to maintain a well-ordered shopping environment. • Provide friendly and attentive guidance to customers by directing them to desired products. • Support inventory management efforts, including tagging and stocking items as needed. • Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience. • Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational tasks efficiently. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers effectively. • Ability to organize and manage inventory with attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks. • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
