Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing timely support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and deliver seamless support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Utilize call center tools and technology to manage and track customer cases efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support remote troubleshooting efforts to assist customers with technical or service-related issues.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
• Continuously develop knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to better serve customers. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues with a calm demeanor.
• Proficiency in using call center software and remote support tools.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with the transportation equipment manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
